The
Minister of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation, Djibril Ouattara, has
concluded a series of visits to institutions under his supervision with a
strategic visit to the headquarters of La Poste Côte d’Ivoire in Treichville.
The visit underscored the government’s commitment to revitalizing the national
postal service and leveraging it as a driver of digital transformation and
economic growth.

During
the session, La Poste’s Chief Executive Officer presented the organization’s
ambitious new roadmap, emphasizing a digitally oriented strategy aligned with
international best practices. The plan highlights the potential of Côte
d’Ivoire’s postal network to modernize administration, expand financial
inclusion, support education, and capitalize on the growth of sub-regional and
global e-commerce. It also seeks to enhance youth employability, stimulate
local content creation through startups, and provide reliable logistics support
for SMEs and self-employed individuals.

Minister
Ouattara actively engaged with the presentation, offering detailed feedback and
constructive recommendations to accelerate the implementation of the roadmap.
He reaffirmed his commitment to supporting La Poste, positioning it as a
central pillar in the national strategy for digitalization and administrative
modernization.
