Senegal’s National Agency
for Civil Aviation and Meteorology (ANACIM) is strengthening the skills of its
liaison officers and drivers through a team-building programme focused on
improving coordination, communication, information management, problem-solving
and teamwork.
The initiative organised
under the theme “Performance Tools for Liaison Officers and Drivers,” forms
part of ANACIM’s broader commitment to continuous staff development and
maintaining high standards of operational performance.
The training is designed to
equip participants with practical skills that can improve their effectiveness
in supporting the agency’s daily operations and the execution of its
institutional responsibilities.
ANACIM said continuous
training is essential across all levels of the organisation, as every member of
staff contributes to maintaining the performance standards required to deliver
the agency’s mandate.
