NIGCOMSAT Limited has
engaged Nigeria’s Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Chief Lateef
Olasunkanmi Fagbemi, SAN, on opportunities to use space technology, digital
connectivity and innovation to strengthen public institutions and improve
service delivery.
The NIGCOMSAT team paid a
courtesy visit to the Attorney General and Minister of Justice as part of
efforts to deepen institutional collaboration and explore areas where
satellite-enabled technologies can support Nigeria’s broader development
objectives.
Discussions focused on the
potential role of space technology and digital connectivity in strengthening
institutions, improving the efficiency of public services and supporting
innovation across critical sectors.
NIGCOMSAT said it will
continue to leverage satellite technology to advance Nigeria’s digital
transformation, support national security and expand broadband access to enable
digital solutions across the country.
The engagement also
highlighted the importance of strategic partnerships between government
institutions and technology organisations in translating innovation and
infrastructure investments into practical benefits for citizens.
NIGCOMSAT said engagements

progress when institutions collaborate around clearly defined development
