Company PLC (SAHCO) has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening corporate
governance and professional standards following a courtesy visit by the
Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
The ICSAN delegation, led by
its President and Chairman of the Governing Council, Mrs Uto Ukpanah, FCIS, was
received by SAHCO Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Adenike
Aboderin, together with members of the company’s management team.
SAHCO said it welcomed the
engagement and expressed its commitment to maintaining a strong and mutually
beneficial relationship with ICSAN.
Discussions also explored
potential areas of cooperation that could support institutional excellence,
accountability and sustainable business growth.
SAHCO said its commitment to
corporate governance complements its focus on operational excellence and
innovation as it continues to strengthen its position in Nigeria’s aviation
ground-handling sector.
