MTN Uganda has officially
launched Zuri Health, powered by MTN Uganda, at Maddu Health Centre IV as part
of efforts to expand access to healthcare through digital technology.
The launch marks a
partnership between MTN Uganda and Zuri Health aimed at transforming how
Ugandans access healthcare services and bringing trusted medical support closer
to communities.
Speaking at the launch, MTN
Uganda Senior Manager for Digital Services, Susan Kayemba, highlighted the
shared commitment of the two organisations to making quality healthcare more
accessible through digital solutions.
She stressed the importance
of ensuring that access to quality healthcare is not treated as a privilege,
but is available to all Ugandans regardless of their location.
The partnership seeks to
leverage digital technology to complement existing healthcare systems and make
it easier for people to access healthcare services closer to their communities.
The launch at Maddu Health
Centre IV represents part of broader efforts to integrate digital tools into
healthcare delivery and address barriers that can limit access to timely and
trusted medical services.
MTN Uganda said its
collaboration with Zuri Health reflects its commitment to using technology to
create practical solutions that improve the lives of communities and contribute
to more inclusive healthcare access.
