Congo
Telecom has entered into a strategic collaboration with the École Supérieure de
Gestion et d’Administration des Entreprises (ESGAE) aimed at strengthening the
link between academic training and the practical requirements of the
telecommunications and digital sectors.
The
partnership seeks to address current challenges in digitalisation,
connectivity, and digital service delivery while enhancing the development of
skills aligned with labour market demands.

As
part of the engagement, Congo Telecom representatives, including Ms. Claudia
Nzimbou, Director of Enterprise and Wholesale, and Ms. Michèle Tsila, Director
of Customer Experience, held discussions with ESGAE leadership on key areas of
cooperation designed to improve digital access and service delivery within the
academic institution.
The
discussions focused on improving connectivity infrastructure to ensure reliable
internet access for students and staff, as well as deploying Congo Telecom
sales teams on campus to support users with connectivity services. Additional
proposals included the introduction of hosting and fixed telephony services to
expand the institution’s digital ecosystem.

The
partnership also outlines plans for the organisation of sector-led
masterclasses, expert-led sessions, and immersive training programmes aimed at
exposing students to real-world industry practices in telecommunications and
digital transformation.
Congo
Telecom described the collaboration as a step toward building a sustainable
bridge between academic theory and professional practice, noting that
continuous skills adaptation is essential in the context of rapid digital
transformation.
The
company also commended ESGAE’s leadership for its commitment to aligning
education with industry needs, highlighting the institution’s role in advancing
practical, market-relevant training.
