strengthening innovation, expanding digital connectivity, and deepening its
socio-economic impact across the country.
The
initiative, branded “Mandresy,” was unveiled by Chief Executive Officer Aminata
Ndiaye during a gathering that brought together company leadership, board
members, employees, trade unions, long-standing partners, and community
stakeholders.

The
strategy is positioned as a unifying framework intended to guide the company’s
operations over the next five years, with a focus on creating shared value for
customers, employees, local partners, and communities across Madagascar. It
emphasizes investment, innovation, connectivity, and support for territorial
development as key pillars of growth.
Company
leadership described the plan as a collective vision built through consultation
and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The approach is
intended to align corporate performance with broader national development
objectives, particularly in expanding access to digital services and improving
connectivity infrastructure.

The
launch event highlighted the importance of human-centered development and
stakeholder engagement in shaping the company’s future direction. Orange
Madagascar indicated that the strategy will guide its efforts to drive
inclusive digital transformation while supporting economic and social progress
in Madagascar over the coming years.
