Agence Nationale des
Infrastructures Numériques et des Fréquences and Caisse Nationale d’Assurance
Maladie et de Garantie Sociale have signed a memorandum of understanding aimed
at strengthening the digital transformation and modernization of strategic public
services in Gabon.
The agreement, signed on May
8, 2026, will see ANINF support CNAMGS in auditing its information systems to
improve the security, resilience and performance of its digital infrastructure.

Speaking during the signing
ceremony, Alberto Mounguengui Moudoki reaffirmed the agency’s commitment to
supporting strategic public administrations in their digital transformation
projects, with a focus on cybersecurity, data governance and digital sovereignty.
For her part, Béatrice
Yvette Nguema Edzang said the partnership marks the beginning of a new phase of
modernization and operational performance for CNAMGS, adding that the
institution’s digital transformation ambitions require strong technical and
strategic collaboration with ANINF.

The partnership aligns with
the national digital transformation agenda championed by Brice Clotaire Oligui
Nguema, which prioritises the modernization of public administration and the
strengthening of digital sovereignty.
Both institutions said the
collaboration reflects a shared commitment to building more efficient, secure
and citizen-focused public services through digital innovation.
