Airtel Congo secures awards at Airtel Africa Leadership Conclave 2026

Airtel
Congo has been recognized with two major honours at the Airtel Africa
Leadership Conclave held from March 23 to 24, 2026, highlighting its strong
operational performance and team excellence.
The company received the Special Award of the CEO Airtel Africa for outstanding performance, as well as the Trophy for Best Team, underscoring both its business achievements and internal leadership strength.
The recognition follows a notable improvement in market performance, with Airtel Congo recording a four-point increase in market share in 2025, according to the latest data from Agence de Régulation des Postes et des Communications Électroniques.
Under
the leadership of Managing Director Djibril Tobe, the company has attributed
its success to a combination of strategic execution, customer trust, and the
commitment of its workforce.
Company
officials indicated that the awards reflect not only financial and operational
gains but also growing customer confidence, which continues to drive innovation
and service improvement.
The
double recognition reinforces Airtel Congo’s ambition to strengthen its
