Togo, Senegal and WHO officials discuss improving institutional communication and public awareness

Togo’s Minister of
Communication, Ms. Yawa Kouigan has received His Excellency Mamadou Moustapha
Loum, Ambassador of Senegal to Togo, alongside Dr. Hamadou Nouhou, Resident
Representative of the World Health Organization in Togo, to discuss strategies
for improving institutional communication and citizen engagement.
The discussions focused on
addressing challenges posed by technological change, enhancing public
awareness, and advancing health communication priorities to ensure effective
information dissemination and citizen participation in governance and public
health initiatives.
