Post has signed a cooperation protocol with the Internal Trade Development
Authority (ITDA) to deliver the Authority’s services through post offices
across the country, bringing government services closer to citizens. The
partnership enables individuals and businesses to select their preferred
delivery location, facilitating faster and more convenient transactions while
maintaining high standards of quality and security.
Through
the agreement, citizens and business owners can access services such as
obtaining commercial register extracts, verifying establishment data,
identifying unified commercial registration numbers, and paying commercial
registration renewal fees. The protocol also covers the secure printing of
official documents at Egypt Post’s printing house, using advanced technologies
to meet strict security specifications. These documents will be supplied to
ITDA commercial registry offices across all governorates, including secure
versions of commercial register extracts designed to prevent tampering or
forgery.
The
partnership underscores Egypt Post’s commitment to expanding government service
delivery through its nationwide network and supporting a more efficient
business environment. Established in 1865, Egypt Post leverages its extensive
infrastructure and operational capabilities to provide postal, financial, and
government services with high standards of reliability and security.
