The
Ministry Delegate in charge of Trade and Quality
Control has signed a partnership agreement with the Société des Postes du Togo to facilitate the
distribution of digitized trade documents through the country’s postal network.
The agreement was signed in Lomé as part of ongoing efforts to modernize
public administration and improve access to government services for businesses
and citizens.

Under the partnership, the postal service will support
the delivery of digitized trade-related documents to economic operators and
users of services provided by the Ministry. Officials say the initiative is
intended to simplify administrative processes and enhance service efficiency.
The collaboration is also expected to
strengthen the role of the postal network in supporting government digital
transformation efforts while expanding service delivery channels across Togo.

Authorities
say the initiative reflects broader efforts to improve public service delivery
and facilitate access to official documentation for businesses operating within
the country’s trade ecosystem.
