Aminata Ndiaye, Chief Executive Officer of Orange Madagascar, has emphasized the importance
of multigenerational collaboration in strengthening organizational performance
and preparing future leadership during an executive panel discussion on
workplace transformation.

Speaking at a panel titled “Multigenerational
Management: A Strategic Challenge,” Ndiaye joined other business leaders to
discuss how organizations can effectively manage teams composed of employees
from different generations in a rapidly evolving work environment.
The discussion focused on how companies can harness
the strengths of both younger professionals and experienced experts to create
stronger, more resilient teams capable of adapting to technological and
economic change.
At Orange Madagascar, Ndiaye said the
company has built teams that are almost evenly composed of young talent and
seasoned professionals, creating opportunities for knowledge transfer and
collaboration between generations.

She noted that encouraging
cooperation between different age groups within the workforce helps
organizations combine experience with innovation while strengthening skills
development and leadership preparation.
According
to Ndiaye, investing in human capital and fostering collaboration across
generations is critical for building sustainable businesses and supporting
long-term economic and digital transformation in Madagascar.
