Kenya has expanded its retail footprint with the official opening of three new
customer care shops along Thika Superhighway and its environs, reinforcing its
commitment to improving customer experience and service accessibility.
The new outlets are located at Spur Mall in Ruiru,
Nord Mall in Ruiru, and at Galana Energies along the Eastern Bypass. The
company said the expansion forms part of a broader strategy to bring services
closer to customers and enhance engagement across key growth areas.

Speaking during the launch of the Spur Mall branch,
Group CEO Sunil Taldar stated that customers remain central to every business
decision and strategic initiative at Airtel. He emphasized that the new outlets
are designed to provide convenient, responsive, and personalized support to
subscribers.
At the opening ceremonies for the
Nord Mall and Galana Energies branches, Managing Director Ashish Malhotra said
the company is working toward doubling its customer service footprint before
the end of the year. He noted that the retail expansion is aligned with Airtel
Kenya’s growth ambitions and focus on strengthening customer relationships.

areas, offering a full range of customer support and service solutions as the
operator continues to scale its presence across the country.
