The
Agence Togo Digital has organised a test session for digital public services
developed for three government institutions as part of Togo’s ongoing public
sector digitalisation programme.
The
session focused on digital services created for the Ministry of Spatial
Planning and Urban Planning (MATU), the Ministry of Communication (MC), and the
Ministry Delegate in charge of the Maritime Economy (MDEM).

According
to the agency, the exercise was designed to evaluate the performance,
reliability, and user experience of the digital platforms before wider
deployment. The assessment aimed to ensure that the services meet operational
standards while remaining accessible and intuitive for end users.
A
total of 24 digital services were tested during the session. The agency
mobilised 19 testers, selected to reflect diverse user profiles, enabling a
broad-based and representative evaluation of the systems.

Officials
indicated that the initiative forms part of a collaborative and user-centred
approach to digital transformation, with feedback from the testing phase
expected to inform refinements and improvements.
The
Agence Togo Digital noted that the exercise aligns with national efforts to
build a more efficient and accessible public administration, while
strengthening the quality and responsiveness of public service delivery through
digital technologies.
