The
Université Rose Dieng France-Sénégal (formerly CFS) and the Bureau Organisation
et Méthodes (BOM) have formalized a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing
the capacities of Senegalese public officials.
The
three-year framework agreement will focus on key areas including public policy
design, implementation and evaluation, public finance and resource management,
digital transformation, data management and cybersecurity, organizational and
social audits, results-based management, and the integration of artificial
intelligence in governance.

The
collaboration combines BOM’s expertise in government service modernization with
the university’s academic resources and Franco-Senegalese networks, reflecting
a shared commitment to excellence in public administration training and
contributing to the structural transformation of Senegal’s economy.
The
signing ceremony acknowledged the efforts of Mr. Amadou Lamine Sy, Director
General of BOM, and the teams who facilitated the partnership.
