Communications Authority of Kenya inducts newly appointed Board Member Stephen Ngari Njuki

The
Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) has completed a comprehensive induction
programme for its newly appointed Board Member, Mr. Stephen Ngari Njuki.
The
induction, conducted over the past week, provided Mr. Njuki with an in-depth
briefing on the Authority’s statutory mandate, strategic priorities, governance
framework, and key ongoing initiatives. The programme was designed to ensure
alignment with the Authority’s vision and to equip the new Board Member with
the requisite understanding to effectively discharge his oversight
responsibilities.
Officials
of the Authority noted that the induction forms part of CA’s commitment to
strong corporate governance and effective leadership, which are critical to
advancing its regulatory objectives and service delivery mandate.
The
Communications Authority of Kenya expressed confidence that Mr. Njuki’s
experience and leadership will contribute positively to strengthening the
Authority’s governance structures and supporting the continued development of
Kenya’s communications sector.
