Gabon launches AfricaDigiEmpower Certification Program

The
National Agency for Digital Infrastructures and Frequencies (ANINF) has officially
launched the certification training courses of the AfricaDigiEmpower Gabon
program at the Hotel de la Sablière. The initiative is part of a strategic
partnership between ANINF and Cybastion, aimed at enhancing high-impact digital
skills and advancing Gabon’s technological ecosystem.

Director General, Alberto Wenceslas Mounguengui Moudoki noted the agency’s
central role in developing digital skills and its commitment to fostering a
robust national technological ecosystem. The ceremony was attended by Cybastion
Gabon Managing Director Antonia Akoure Davain Oliveira, who highlighted the
company’s local projects, and Fatimata Keita Kourouma, Program Manager of THEYA
by Cybastion Foundation, who presented the certification training offerings.
The
program aligns with the vision of President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema,
prioritizing youth empowerment and digital sovereignty as key pillars of
Gabon’s development. AfricaDigiEmpower seeks to build strong local expertise to
modernize technological infrastructures and reinforce the country’s digital
independence.
