The Competitive Center for E-Learning, an affiliate of Egypt’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, has received the 2025 Cisco Networking Academy Trainer Training Centers Excellence Award, marking its third consecutive year of recognition by Cisco.

The award was presented at the Cisco Networking Academy Partner Conference held on January 13 and 14 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The recognition reflects the center’s sustained contributions to training and capacity building for both trainers and students within the Cisco Networking Academy ecosystem.

The Competitive Center for E-Learning is ranked among the top 10 percent of Cisco Academy partners globally and is accredited as a Cisco Networking Academy Partner for Training of Trainers and as an Academies Support Center. In this role, the center prepares and accredits new and existing trainers, equipping them to deliver both foundational and specialized courses that strengthen skills development and employability among learners.

Established in 2004 through a partnership with Cisco, the center was created to bridge the gap between labor market demands and workforce capabilities. Its training programs target a wide range of beneficiaries, including students at different educational levels, public and private sector employees, youth, entrepreneurs, and small and medium-sized enterprise owners.

The center also plays a key role in supporting the development and sustainability of Cisco academies across Egypt. Through its Academies Support Center, it selects and accredits academies and trainers, applies quality standards, and conducts continuous monitoring to ensure effective delivery. These efforts have contributed to the expansion of Cisco academies and an increase in the number of students benefiting from the programs.

In collaboration with major international companies, the center engages qualified lecturers to deliver training courses nationwide, helping to broaden access to digital skills development. Its portfolio includes specialized programs in digital foundations, entrepreneurship, information technology, networking, cybersecurity, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and programming, delivered through an integrated e-learning environment.
