As part of the 2026 assessment, two best practices from Vodacom South Africa—Human-AI Collaboration Impact Evaluation and Innovation and Creativity Empowerment—were recognised for global benchmarking by the Top Employers Institute.

Vodacom stated that the recognition underscores its commitment to creating an enabling work environment that supports employee growth, inclusion and long-term performance. The Group continues to prioritise employee well-being through its C.A.R.E. framework, alongside sustained investments in digital learning, leadership development and holistic wellness programmes.
