review measures implemented in favour of customers in 2025 and to present its
new catalogue of offers, which came into effect on December 10.

with key stakeholders and improve the overall customer experience. Discussions
focused on assessing initiatives introduced over the past year, as well as

constructive exchanges, enabling consumer representatives to share perspectives
on service quality, accessibility and customer satisfaction. The company noted
that insights from these discussions will inform future improvements and help
ensure that its products and services remain aligned with the needs and usage
patterns of consumers across the country.
