Orange Sierra Leone bids farewell to CEO Sekou Amadou Bah

Orange Sierra Leone has marked the end of an era with the departure of its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Sekou Amadou Bah, whose tenure has been widely credited with driving transformational growth, innovation and digital inclusion across the company’s operations.

In a statement reflecting on his leadership, the company described the moment as both emotional and historic, highlighting Mr. Bah’s role in shaping Orange Sierra Leone’s strategic direction and organisational culture. His time at the helm was characterised by a strong focus on market expansion, customer-centric innovation, and the empowerment of employees, alongside sustained investments in network development and digital infrastructure.

Under Mr. Bah’s leadership, Orange Sierra Leone recorded significant milestones in business performance and technological advancement. The transition was formally marked by the handover to Madam Aïcha Touré, who assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer.
