Orange
Digital Center (ODC) Côte d’Ivoire has welcomed a delegation from the Economic,
Social, Environmental and Cultural Council of Côte d’Ivoire (CESEC) as part of
efforts to deepen engagement on digital innovation and its role in national
development.
The
delegation was led by the Communication and New Technologies Commission of
CESEC, chaired by Venance Konan. The visit provided an opportunity for ODC to
present its core missions and ongoing initiatives aimed at strengthening
digital skills, innovation and entrepreneurship among young Ivorians.

During
the engagement, members of the delegation were taken through demonstrations of
prototypes developed by innovators at the Solidarity FabLab, an integral
component of the Orange Digital Center ecosystem. The showcased solutions
reflected the creativity and technical capacity of young Ivorian talents
applying digital technologies to practical challenges.
The
demonstrations highlighted how digital tools and innovation can contribute to
the preservation and promotion of Côte d’Ivoire’s cultural heritage, while also
creating pathways for youth participation in the digital economy.

The
visit underscored the growing interest of national institutions in leveraging
digital innovation as a driver of cultural, social and economic development,
and reinforced the role of Orange Digital Center as a platform for nurturing
homegrown technological solutions in Côte d’Ivoire.
