The
Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, in collaboration with
Tamweelcom, officially launched the "Startup Venture Building"
program, aimed at fostering the growth of digital entrepreneurship across the
Kingdom. The ceremony was chaired by Mrs. Amal El Falah Seghrouchini, Minister
Delegate to the Prime Minister in charge of Digital Transition and
Administrative Reform, and Mr. Said Jobrani, Director General of Tamweelcom.

The
initiative, part of Morocco’s National Strategy "Digital Morocco
2030," brings together key players in the national digital
entrepreneurship ecosystem, along with institutional partners and startup
support bodies. Six contracts were signed during the event between the
Ministry, Tamweelcom, and the selected partners—two Moroccan and four
international—recognized for their expertise in startup support and venture
building.

The
program is designed to support the emergence of a new generation of digital
entrepreneurs by providing comprehensive assistance to innovative Moroccan
startups. Backed by a financial envelope exceeding 700 million dirhams, the
initiative is expected to support over 800 startups over three years, offering
financing mechanisms and high-level guidance that cover the entire national
territory.
