Jumia
Group has officially opened its second office in China, located in Yiwu, and
signed a cooperation agreement with the Yiwu International Land Port Group. The
move marks a strategic expansion of Jumia’s operations in Asia and strengthens
its global market presence.

Backed
by the Yiwu government, Jumia engaged with local sellers and media to present
tailored support for manufacturers in the region. The company also outlined its
global market access proposition, aiming to connect Yiwu manufacturers with
international buyers through Jumia’s e-commerce platform.
The
new office and partnership are expected to enhance trade opportunities, foster
collaboration with local businesses, and support Jumia’s vision of expanding
its global network.

The
company expressed optimism about the prospects of a successful collaboration
that will drive growth and international market access for Chinese
manufacturers.
