Microsoft South
Africa and SAP have reaffirmed their collaboration to accelerate digital
transformation for local organisations, highlighting the role of partnerships
in delivering meaningful outcomes.

At a recent
Executive Dinner in Sandton, the two companies showcased how RISE with SAP on
Microsoft Azure enables businesses to modernise operations, innovate with
agility, and thrive in a competitive digital economy. The platform supports the
transition to SAP S/4HANA while leveraging Microsoft’s security, data, and
artificial intelligence capabilities to unlock resilience and new value.
Vukani Mngxat,
Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft South Africa, said partnerships are
central to the company’s growth strategy and impact. “They matter because
they enable us to deliver outcomes that truly make a difference,” he noted.

Discussions at
the event went beyond technology, focusing on trust, collaboration, and turning
ideas into action. Organisers emphasised that the partnership aims to help
customers achieve results that strengthen South Africa’s digital future.
