Telecel
Faso has partnered with the first edition of the Salon des Marques du Burkina,
held from December 5 to 7, 2025, at the Ouaga 2000 Conference Centre,
underscoring its commitment to local development and economic sovereignty in
Burkina Faso.
Organised
under the theme “Enhancing our brands, building our economic sovereignty,” the
event brought together more than 50 Burkinabe exhibitors, including companies,
artisans, start-ups and entrepreneurs, to showcase locally developed products
and services.

The
three-day fair featured exhibition stands, a dedicated Brand Village, panel
discussions, networking sessions and an Evening of Distinction aimed at
recognising outstanding contributions to the promotion of local brands.
Telecel
Faso commended the organisers, Novel Digicom and its Chief Executive, Anne
Paré, for initiating a platform focused on highlighting Burkinabe brands,
promoting the “Made in Faso” label and supporting the emergence of national
talents and innovators.

The
telecommunications operator stated that its participation as a partner reflects
its broader mission to support entrepreneurship and strengthen Burkina Faso’s
economic sovereignty. Telecel Faso expressed confidence that the Salon des
Marques du Burkina will become a key annual event for the promotion of local
brands and the country’s economic actors.
