Airtel Money and I&M Bank partner to expand digital payment options in Kenya

Airtel
Money Kenya has partnered with I&M Bank to enhance digital payment
convenience and security for customers across the country. Under the new
arrangement, Airtel Money users can now make payments to I&M Bank paybills
and receive a guaranteed 50 percent airtime cashback.
The
partnership agreement was signed in Nairobi by Airtel Money Kenya Managing
Director, Anne Kinuthia Otieno, MBS, and I&M Bank Regional Chief Executive
Officer and Interim CEO for Kenya, Kihara Maina.
Through
the collaboration, Airtel Money customers can also continue to make direct
deposits from their mobile wallets into any I&M Bank account using Paybill
542542, accessible via the Airtel App or by dialing *334#.
Airtel
Money said the partnership forms part of its broader strategy to drive the
growth and expansion of digital financial services in Kenya by offering
customers more seamless and secure payment solutions.
