Ambassador
of Argentina to Egypt, H.E. Holger Federico Martinsen, has paid a visit to the
headquarters of the African Space Agency (AFSA) in Cairo as part of ongoing
efforts to strengthen international cooperation in the space sector.
The
ambassador was accompanied by Ministers-Counsellors Mr. José Alberto Flores
Velasco and Mrs. María de la Paz García Calvo, as well as representatives of
INVAP. The delegation met with H.E. Dr. Tidiane Ouattara, where discussions
focused on exploring opportunities for collaboration in support of Africa’s
space ambitions.
The
visit underscores growing interest in fostering constructive partnerships
between Africa and international stakeholders to advance space science,
technology development, and capacity building across the continent.
