The
Mohammed VI Foundation for Science and Health (FM6SS) and the United Nations
Population Fund (UNFPA) have signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance
cooperation in key health areas, including maternal health, the well-being of
adolescents and young people, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and
corporate social responsibility.

The
signing took place at the Mohammed VI Center for Research and Innovation
(CM6RI) on the sidelines of a roundtable jointly organized by FM6SS and UNFPA,
focused on youth health data. The event brought together institutional,
academic, and operational stakeholders to discuss strategies for coordination,
data analysis, and utilization.

During
the meeting, the Health & Well-Being Barometer for adolescents and young
people in Morocco was officially presented, highlighting current trends and
providing a foundation for evidence-based interventions. The MoU signals a
strengthened commitment to improving health outcomes for young people and
mothers across Morocco through data-driven collaboration and targeted
initiatives.
