The National Agency for Digital Infrastructure and Frequencies (ANINF) took part in the ADIS_CADNAC Conference held in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Deputy Director General Maryse Lydie Madiba
Iloumbou represented Director General Alberto Mounguengui Moudoki at the
regional gathering, which brought together public agencies responsible for
digital development across Central Africa.

The conference, now in its third edition, serves as a
strategic platform aimed at strengthening regional cooperation and shaping a
unified vision for the sub-region’s digital transformation. This year’s
programme featured a series of sessions designed to review ongoing initiatives,
ensure continuity of previous work, and establish foundations for harmonised
digital governance.
ANINF’s participation underscores
Gabon’s commitment to contributing to the development of a coherent regional
digital architecture, promoting sovereign technological solutions, and
supporting aligned public digital policies across Central Africa.
The agency
reaffirmed that collective action and regional alignment are essential to
advancing digital sovereignty and accelerating the sub-region’s transformation
agenda.
