Brian
Horlick-Cruz from the Internet Society Foundation has arrived in Lomé for an
official visit to the Chapitre Togolais d'Internet Society (ISOC Togo) aimed at
strengthening cooperation and supporting ongoing digital development
initiatives in the country.

During
his visit, Horlick-Cruz is scheduled to meet with government officials, civil
society leaders, key partners, and members of the technical community to
explore collaborative opportunities in advancing Togo’s digital ecosystem. The
program includes institutional meetings, interactions with local innovators and
organizations, and an exchange session with the ISOC Togo community.

The
visit will culminate on Saturday with the official inauguration of Togo’s first
community network in the village of Atti Akakpé, marking a significant
milestone in promoting inclusive connectivity and community-based Internet
development.
The
mission underscores the strong partnership between the Internet Society
Foundation and ISOC Togo, reflecting a shared commitment to expanding
meaningful access to digital resources and fostering sustainable development
across the country.
