Côte
d’Ivoire has intensified bilateral efforts to advance digital transformation
through a high-level meeting with the Skolkovo Foundation of Russia. The
engagement, held on behalf of Minister of Digital Transition and Digitalization
Kalil Konaté, was led by Chief of Staff Raymond Assoua, who received the
Russian delegation accompanied by Ambassador Alexey Saltykov.

The
discussions sought to strengthen cooperation in digital technology, innovation,
and ecosystem development. Key areas included technology park development,
artificial intelligence, and the digitalization of public and private services.
During
the meeting, the Skolkovo Foundation explored potential collaborations with
VITIB, Côte d’Ivoire’s technology park. VITIB’s Director General outlined the
park’s infrastructure, capabilities, and ongoing initiatives that could support
joint projects.
The
Russian delegation is expected to visit VITIB on 25 November 2025 to advance
technical exchanges and assess concrete partnership opportunities.
