The
Digital Development Agency (ADDA) has adopted a new roadmap for digital
transformation and administrative reform following its seventh Board of
Directors session, chaired by Amal Al-Falah Al-Sagroshni, Minister Delegate to
the Prime Minister in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform.

The
meeting, held at the headquarters of the ministry, marked a significant step in
strengthening the agency’s strategic role in alignment with the national vision
of King Mohammed VI. The session featured a detailed presentation by ADDA
Director General Amin Mezwaghi, who outlined the major orientations of the
newly adopted roadmap. Board members also reviewed priority projects scheduled
under the agency’s executive plan for 2025–2026.
The
discussions took place within the framework of the national strategy “Digital
Morocco 2030,” which seeks to reinforce the Kingdom’s position as a leading
regional digital hub, foster innovation, and develop a sustainable and
inclusive digital ecosystem that enhances economic competitiveness and improves
public service delivery.

The
Board approved the new roadmap, operational plans, and associated budget, as
well as the agency’s restructuring initiative and the revision of its human
resources statute.
The
decisions reaffirm ADDA’s commitment, under the supervision of the Ministry of
Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, to driving comprehensive and
sustainable digital transformation in line with Morocco’s long-term development
ambitions.
