Former
Director-General of Ghana’s Cyber Security Authority, Dr. Albert
Antwi-Boasiako, is set to launch his new book titled “The Republic: A Professional Journey,
Ghana's Cybersecurity and the Making of a Role Model Country.” The event will take place on
Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at the British Council in Accra at 6:00 p.m.
The
book traces Ghana’s cybersecurity evolution over the past decade, detailing the
country’s transformation from its early institutional foundations to its
recognition as a tier-one, role-model nation in cyber governance. It features
historical context, factual analysis, and behind-the-scenes accounts,
highlighting the contributions of key figures and institutions across both
public and private sectors, as well as international partners.
The
launch is expected to bring together stakeholders from industry, academia,
public service, and international organizations. Dr. Antwi-Boasiako expressed
appreciation to former colleagues, partners, and more than thirty contributors
whose insights, he noted, enriched the publication.
