Ghana’s
Minister for Communications, Digital Technology and Innovations, Samuel Nartey
George, has met with UNDP Resident Representative Niloy Banerjee to discuss
strengthening cooperation in advancing the country’s digital development
agenda.
During
the courtesy call, both sides reviewed ongoing initiatives and identified new
opportunities to accelerate Ghana’s digital transformation. The discussions
focused on expanding collaborative efforts that support the country’s
socio-economic growth through innovation, technology adoption, and digital
inclusion.
The
meeting reaffirmed the shared commitment of the Government of Ghana and UNDP to
work together in driving sustainable development through digital solutions.
