The Jospong Group of
Companies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the United Nations
University Institute for Natural Resources in Africa (UNU-INRA) to support
climate research and capacity building in green projects across the continent.

The agreement, signed during
the COP30 summit in Belem, underscores the Jospong Group’s commitment to
advancing human capacity development and research aimed at driving Africa’s
green transition. The partnership is expected to enhance collaboration on climate
action initiatives, promote knowledge exchange, and strengthen institutional
capacity in areas related to natural resources and sustainable development.

The MOU marks a significant
step in deepening cooperation between the two institutions as they work
together to support Africa’s efforts toward environmental sustainability and
climate resilience.
