The
ICT Authority convened a consultative workshop on the Commercial Transaction
Manual (CTM) at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC),
highlighting progress under the Kenya Digital Economy Acceleration Project
(KDEAP).
The
workshop focused on advancing KDEAP’s objectives, including expanding
high-speed internet access, strengthening government services, and enhancing
digital skills nationwide. Stakeholders emphasized the importance of
public-private collaboration to achieve these goals and ensure effective
implementation.
Insights
and recommendations from the session will be incorporated into the final CTM
document. KDEAP aligns with the government’s Bottom-Up Agenda, reinforcing the
commitment to connect institutions across Kenya and accelerate the country’s
digital transformation.
