Minister Mostafa Madbouly and Minister of Communications and Information
Technology Amr Talaat has visited the Orange Zone at Cairo ICT 2025, where
Orange Egypt is serving as the official sponsor under the theme “AI
Everywhere.”

Egypt CEO Hesham Mahran said the company’s participation this year goes beyond
presenting new technologies, focusing instead on demonstrating how artificial
intelligence is driving Egypt’s digital transformation and supporting a more
connected society. “Our presence is about showing how AI is becoming a true
engine of digital transformation in Egypt,” he said.

At
the exhibition, the operator showcased a series of smart and AI-enabled
solutions, including a fully AI-powered smart home setup, virtual assistants
“Ask Mariam” for airports and “Sara AI” for hotels, as well as AI-based
interactive classrooms designed for schools and universities. The company also
displayed 5G-powered industrial robotics aimed at improving manufacturing
productivity, alongside outsourcing solutions that support global customers
from Egypt.
Orange
Egypt also highlighted the work of the Orange Digital Center, which provides
training and support programmes in software development, entrepreneurship and
digital design to empower young people and startups.

Mahran
thanked Orange Egypt staff for their work in preparing this year’s showcase,
noting that their “passion, creativity and dedication” helped bring the
company’s vision to life.
