Türksat
A.Ş. has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with
Intersputnik during AfricaCom 2025, Africa’s leading technology and satellite
communications event. The agreement marks a significant step toward
strengthening global collaboration in satellite services and expanding
communication solutions across international markets.

The
MoU was formalized by Türksat Satellite Services Deputy General Manager Dr.
Selman Demirel and Intersputnik General Director Ksenia Drozdova. The
partnership aims to develop new satellite communication solutions and enhance
cooperation between the two organizations as they explore opportunities in
emerging and established markets.
Türksat
described AfricaCom 2025 as a strategic platform that enabled productive
industry engagements and reinforced its commitment to building meaningful
partnerships within the global satellite ecosystem. The company noted that the
new agreement with Intersputnik will support efforts to broaden its service
offerings and contribute to innovation in satellite connectivity.

Industry
observers view the collaboration as another step in leveraging satellite
technology to address growing demand for reliable communication infrastructure
worldwide.
The
