Ericsson engages at EU–Zambia Lobito Corridor Business Forum

Ericsson
has participated in the EU–Zambia Lobito Corridor Business Forum in Lusaka,
engaging with key ecosystem partners, industry players, and representatives
from the Swedish Embassy in Zambia. The two-day event focused on strengthening
collaboration and investment to accelerate Zambia’s digital and economic
transformation.
During
the forum, Ericsson highlighted its commitment to supporting the country’s
connectivity journey, enabling digitalization across multiple sectors, and
fostering inclusive and sustainable development. A notable moment was the
opportunity to meet His Excellency, the President of Zambia, whose vision for
the nation underscores the importance of innovation, collaboration, and
long-term investment in the digital economy.
Ericsson
emphasized that ongoing dialogue with local and international partners will be
crucial in advancing Africa’s broader digital transformation agenda.
