MTN
Group Chief Financial Officer, Tsholofelo Molefe, has been awarded the
inaugural Africa Finance Leaders Award for Excellence in Corporate Financial
Performance and Growth by the Conference of African Chief Finance Officers in
partnership with KPMG.

The
honour was presented by former President of the Maldives, Ibrahim Mohamed
Solih, in recognition of her outstanding leadership and significant
contributions toward MTN’s financial strength, resilience and sustained growth
across its markets.
Molefe’s
strategic oversight has played a key role in positioning MTN as a benchmark for
corporate performance and sustainability within Africa’s telecommunications and
digital ecosystem. Her stewardship continues to reinforce MTN’s growth
trajectory as the company advances its long-term value creation agenda.

leadership and the impact of sound financial governance in shaping the
continent’s corporate sector.
