The
Smart Africa Alliance has announced that H.E. Paul Kagame, President of the
Republic of Rwanda and Founding Visionary of the Alliance, will attend the
Transform Africa Summit 2025, scheduled to take place from November 12 to 14 in
Conakry, Guinea.
The
annual summit is expected to gather Heads of State, government officials,
industry leaders, investors, and international partners to discuss strategies
for accelerating Africa’s digital transformation. This year’s theme, “AI for
Africa: Innovate Locally, Impact Globally,” underscores the continent’s growing
focus on leveraging artificial intelligence to drive socio-economic growth and
innovation.
President
Kagame’s attendance highlights Rwanda’s continued leadership in advancing
digital initiatives across Africa and reinforces the Smart Africa Alliance’s
commitment to fostering collaboration among member states to harness technology
for sustainable development.
