The
National Communication Authority (NCA) has convened a meeting with
representatives from the country’s licensed mobile network operators, including
MTN, Zain, and Digitel, along with International Gateway Service providers, to
review compliance with regulatory standards and enhance sector collaboration.
The
discussions focused on monitoring operator adherence to existing regulations,
improving operational efficiency, and addressing key areas of mutual interest
crucial to the sustainable growth of South Sudan’s communications sector.

The
NCA emphasized that strengthening partnerships among industry stakeholders
remains central to its mandate of ensuring reliable, high-quality, and
transparent communication services for all citizens.
The
Authority reaffirmed its commitment to working closely with operators to
promote innovation, fair competition, and improved connectivity across the
country.
