MTN
South Sudan has concluded a series of client appreciation visits as part of its
activities to mark Customer Service Week, reaffirming its commitment to
strengthening partnerships and delivering exceptional service experiences.

Led
by the company’s leadership team, the visits were made to key Enterprise
Business Unit (EBU) clients, including Equity Bank Limited, the International
Monetary Fund (IMF), and the World Health Organization (WHO). The engagements
provided an opportunity for MTN to personally express gratitude to its valued
partners for their continued trust and collaboration.
According
to the company, the initiative underscored the importance of customer
relationships as the foundation of MTN’s success and growth. The leadership
team noted that these engagements are central to the brand’s mission of

The
