Airtel
Kenya has officially opened its newly revamped customer care hub at Sarit
Centre in Nairobi, marking a major milestone in the company’s commitment to
enhancing customer experience across the country.
The
new hub, described as the first of its kind, is an experiential space designed
to transform how customers engage with Airtel’s services while offering a
firsthand look at the future of digital connectivity.

The
Sarit Centre hub was officially inaugurated by Airtel Kenya Managing Director,
Ashish Malhotra and Customer Experience Director, Goldermeir Opiyo, joined by
customers and other Airtel Kenya directors.
According
to the company, the facelift at Sarit Centre is part of a broader initiative
that will see similar upgrades rolled out across all Airtel customer care shops
nationwide. The revamped outlets aim to provide a more interactive, seamless,
and personalized service experience for customers.
“Our
customers are at the centre of everything we do,” Airtel Kenya said in a statement. “This
investment demonstrates our commitment to continuously improving our
infrastructure, technology, and people to ensure that every interaction
delivers value.”

The
company added that the redesign reflects its focus on creating modern and
inspiring spaces that cater to the evolving needs of customers in an
increasingly digital world.
“Asanteni
Wakenya. Na bado tunagrow,” Airtel Kenya said, reaffirming its dedication to
innovation and growth in service delivery.
