South Sudan has marked its Customer
Engagement Day with a nationwide outreach that saw members of
its leadership team step out to meet customers face-to-face at Customer Service
Points (CSPs) across the country.
The
initiative, themed around listening, learning, and connecting, underscores
MTN’s commitment to strengthening its relationship with customers and ensuring
their voices continue to shape the company’s growth and service delivery.

In
a statement, MTN South Sudan expressed gratitude to its customers, saying, “Shukran
Junubin! We do what we do—for YOU.” The telecom giant emphasized that
direct engagement allows for valuable feedback, which helps improve services
and reinforces MTN’s role as a trusted partner for progress.
The
company hinted at more customer-focused initiatives in the coming months,
reaffirming its dedication to providing reliable connectivity and enhancing
user experience across South Sudan.
