The initiative, themed around listening, learning, and connecting, underscores MTN’s commitment to strengthening its relationship with customers and ensuring their voices continue to shape the company’s growth and service delivery.

In a statement, MTN South Sudan expressed gratitude to its customers, saying, “Shukran Junubin! We do what we do—for YOU.” The telecom giant emphasized that direct engagement allows for valuable feedback, which helps improve services and reinforces MTN’s role as a trusted partner for progress.
