comprehensive, end-to-end enterprise solutions, supporting businesses across
Africa with next-generation digital services.

welcome David to this new role as we continue to transform our enterprise
business for the future. With his experience and leadership, we are confident

will extend across all MTN operating companies, with a focus on expanding the
Group’s product portfolio and reinforcing its expertise in managed services and
system integration.
Behr brings a
wealth of experience to the role, with over 20 years of leadership in
telecommunications and technology. Before this appointment, he served as CEO of
MTN Converged Solutions, where he spearheaded portfolio transformation in key
markets. His extensive career also includes leadership roles as CEO of Liquid
C2 and Cloudmania, as well as Group Chief Product Officer and Group Chief
Digital Officer at Liquid Telecommunications.

qualified executive, Behr holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a
Master of Engineering from the University of Bristol. His deep industry
expertise and strategic vision align with MTN’s commitment to driving
