The Executive
Director of Technical Services at the Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited
(NIGCOMSAT), Engr. Abiodun Attah has represented the organization at the
NextGen Innovation Challenge 2025 exhibition held at the Nicon Luxury Hotel in
Abuja. The event, organized by the National Board for Technology Incubation
(NBTI) in partnership with UKALD, showcased groundbreaking innovations from
Nigeria’s most promising young talent in fields such as artificial intelligence,
health technology, agricultural technology, and renewable energy.

Mr. Attah
joined industry leaders, policymakers, and investors in evaluating cutting-edge
solutions that align with Nigeria’s digital transformation goals. His
participation underscored NIGCOMSAT’s commitment to fostering homegrown
innovation and supporting Nigeria’s tech ecosystem.
The exhibition
highlighted how satellite technology and digital infrastructure can accelerate
solutions to pressing challenges in agriculture, healthcare, and sustainable
energy.

As Nigeria
advances its digital economy agenda, NIGCOMSAT continues to play a pivotal role
in providing technical support and satellite resources to startups and
innovators. The NextGen Innovation Challenge reinforces the importance of
public-private collaboration in nurturing Nigeria’s innovation pipeline and
positioning the country as a leader in Africa’s tech revolution.
