The forum's agenda focuses on strengthening Côte d'Ivoire's innovation ecosystem through strategic discussions on digital infrastructure, skills development, and startup support mechanisms.

Minister Konaté outlined the government's vision for a "digitally sovereign" Côte d'Ivoire, with particular emphasis on bridging urban-rural divides and creating opportunities for youth in tech. The event features exhibitions from local innovators, policy roundtables, and investment matchmaking sessions designed to catalyze homegrown solutions to development challenges.

As the first major tech gathering since the adoption of Côte d'Ivoire's National Digital Strategy 2025, the forum serves as both a showcase for local talent and a platform for forging international partnerships. Early sessions highlighted progress in digital ID systems, fintech expansion, and the country's emerging position as a regional hub for artificial intelligence development in Francophone Africa.
